The Awkward Penguin was born in 2005, during a fit of boredom during seventh grade English. His potential wasn’t realized until 2011, when I needed to update my username on my favorite fanfiction site. Ever since, AwkwardPenguin has been my go-to handle for all of my creative identities. Now, he’s the name, logo, and mascot of AwkwardPenguin Productions, an effort to get all of my various creative mediums under one roof.
AwkPen Productions will contain fanfiction, original fiction, fashion and costume design, DIY projects and tutorials, and almost anything else that catches my fancy. There will be a lot of crossover from Pinterest and other blogs, and anything I make/do that comes from someone or somewhere else will be cited and the originator will be given credit. I’ll try to keep things as organized as I can, so if you’re interested in something specific, it should be pretty easy to find. Or you can just poke around, up to you. The important thing here is that this is almost all for FUN. So have some fun!
